Since the mid 1980s, the company has been not only constantly expanding their offer but also implementing innovative solutions – so that their high quality products would also be produced in a more responsible way, their carbon footprint would be smaller and their comfort of use would be unsurpassed.

Reef, in cooperation with the Surfrider Foundation, has been educating people and promoting awareness of clean beaches and unpolluted sea waters through a programme called the Better Beach Alliance. Moreover, they have been supporting local communities and entrepreneurship in developing countries, and also children from families endangered with pathology by teaching them to surf and demonstrating to them salutary effects of sports in socialising processes.
